Robert has been training athletes for 15 years he specializes in personal training, speed and conditioning, and team training helping many baseball teams get ready for their season. He is also available for private 1 on 1 pitching and hitting lessons. One Fitness is our facility that boasts 10,000 sq feet of weights, 20 yards of football turf, a 70 foot state of the art batting cage, 2 pitchers mounds and cardio equipment. We also offer a variety of classes to get your son or daughter in the best shape of his or her life. 1990-1992 Robert DeBrino played 3 years varsity Baseball for Old Tappan High School. His career numbers were 26 wins 8 losses with 1 No-hitter and a
Perfect Game an ERA of 1.00. He also batted .438 career avg. with 10 career homeruns.
In 1992 Robert DeBrino was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 26th round of the major league baseball draft from there he enjoyed a 5 year career with the Twins. His total career numbers were 16 wins 12 losses 32 saves 158 strikeouts and a 3.80 era. After the Twins Rob pitched in the Northern league for 3 years winning 21 games and losing 12 with a 3.85 era.
Honors Received: Rob was inducted into the Northern Valley Old Tappan High School Hall of Fame in 2006. He received ALL LEAGUE, ALL COUNTY, ALL STATE in his 3 years on Varsity Baseball in 1991 Rob was awarded the Bergen County Record Athlete of the Week. He was one of two players chosen from NJ to play in the High School World Series Tournament in Ohio with three of his Teammates being Alex Rodriguez, Johnny Damon and Todd Helton all current Major League Superstars (see picture in photo gallery). Rob also played for team USA and traveled to Belgium to play against Korea, Japan, Italy, France, Puerto Rico and Canada.
